Champagne

All French Champagne must be made by 'Methode Champenoise' – the traditional method. Vintage champagne is not always a guarantee of a more enjoyable wine! Champagne, like so many French wines, is built up around a region or a name, that name always tries to provide the quality it is renowned for. Non-vintage wines are created out of the current grape harvest along with previous years to produce wine which produces the same characteristics year after year.
