France

The French produce wine by region, that is, they blend grapes to produce a 'taste' for that region. Only recently have wine makers produced wine styled on types of grape. Owing to their wines being produced by region it is often hard to pin point grape varieties used, often only the major grape is known. To find wine you may like, we suggest searching by Chateau and then reviewing other makers in that area.
