Sparkling Wine

Most countries produce a sparkling wine, many us the 'traditional' champagne method. However, there are four methods by which sparkling wine can be produced. The amount you pay will often be an indicator of which method as been used. If it is a party bash where 'bucks fizz' may be asked for, stick to cheaper sparkling but do start any party off with sparkling wine. The bubbles are absorbed quickly through the stomach wall, which in turn zaps the circulation, which carries the alcohol to the brain quicker and thus livens up any party!
