Germany

Known more for its Liebfraumilch, but should really be loved for its excellent light to intensely sweet wines, although not all German wine are sweet!

To help in your search for German sweet wines, the order of sweetness at harvesting is: Kabinett, Spatlese, Auslese, Beerenauslese, Eiswein and sweetest of all, Trockenbeerenauslese, made from individually selected grapes infected with noble rot.
